Technical Support is critical to any business, and we provide that service to our clients. We will provide this through whatever method is most effective, either remotely by connecting to your device, by walking you through a task over the phone, or by visiting your office directly. Remote support is subject to a minimum fifteen minute charge. On site support is subject to a minimum one hour charge.
